Important information for the organisers

• If you have booked a room by e-mail or by phone, we ask you to send a guarantee letter by e-mail or by post to confirm your booking. The guarantee letter should include the name/theme, the date and the duration of the event. We also ask you to add the full name, address and registry code of the client's company.

• We ask you to submit a detailed list of technical supplies two weeks prior to the conference, at the latest; otherwise, the Kumu auditorium has the right to cancel the booking.

• If necessary, we ask our clients to contract with the Estonian Authors' Society in regard to organising the event (for example, in respect to using pieces of music).

• If during the conference you wish to use your own props, flower arrangements etc., transportation is possible from Laagna Road. Prior coordination in respect to times and persons is required. We ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. It is imperative that you provide us with the registration number of the car, the driver's name and contact number, the entrance time (service in) and departure time (service out after the end of the event).

• Whereas the main door of the Kumu Art Museum is open only when the museum is open, we ask organisers to inform their clients that they can enter the museum through the door facing Kadriorg Park.

• If preparing for and cleaning after an event occur beyond the times the museum is open, it is required to engage a separate guard to safeguard the doors. According to the contract between the museum and the security service provider, the hourly fee for one guard is 15.98 EUR + VAT.
